Patricia Lessard is a mother of two. She has both a 30 year old son and a 19 year old daughter. She successfully co-parented with her son’s father and dealt with parental alienation with her daughter’s father.  

It was the knowledge, insight and tools that she learned from Dr. Major who developed a parenting program that is the basis of the program Patricia facilitates and uses to coach her parents and help parents she works with to deal with their own issues of parental alienation.

Patricia likes to help separating and divorcing parents develop Comprehensive Collaborative Parenting Plans so they can transition all members from an intact to a divided family. Patricia also helps parents maintain positive self-esteem in their children and feel safe and secure while transitioning the family dynamics. Patricia likes to help parents avoid the pitfalls that she fell into that inadvertently assisted with the development of the parental alienation.

To inspire parents to be comfortable with reaching out for help parenting and to further their education as parents as this will directly help their children become the future leaders we need because they will have the skills to lead and inspire.

To teach parents how to create a family environment where all members are supported in reaching their highest potential, whether in an Intact or Divided family and also to educate, inspire and lead parents to reach their full potential as parents so that they can educate, lead and inspire their children to be people who are confidant, self-assured, compassionate with excellent communication, problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
